THE PAINTS UNIT
Our state of the art equipment includes
sophisticated and advanced machinery
designed for the highest productivity, but
more importantly with operator safety in
mind. With this resource we can produce all
the paint we need, using our own known-how.
Not only we have constant control over the
product, we are also able to formulate the
product ourselves for any aerosol spray
requirement, providing immediate solutions
to any customer need.
THE AEROSOL UNIT
A real showpiece.
Three completely automated lines reduced to
a minimum the risk of human error; the
productivity of this lines is so high that
today ITAL G.E.T.E. use only the 60% of
their total capacity production !
The gas-in rooms are located externally, in
extremely safe sites located far from the
actual production lines.
Propellant and solvents likewise are stored
away from the unit, completely underground,
in compliance with the most strict
regulations.
In-line testing guarantees safety and
integrity of the cans.
